Reservation and payment policies:
1 .- All reservations are paid in full in order to confirm
2 .- 30% penalty if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival
3 .- No refund if you cancel 6 to 1 day before arrival or if the customer arrives at hotel
4 .- no refund if the customer arrives at the hotel and decided not to stay
5 .- Without refund  if the customer cancels a reservation in the period from December 20 to January 06, or Holy Week
6 .- The reservations may be paid through bank deposit or credit card in Internet

The reservations confirmed by the hotel puerto holbox are drescribed in each reservation coupon and say how many persons will stay in the room, any other extra person not noticed to us in advance will be charged to the client $ 40 usd per extra person per day if we have space available.
