From Cancun
Holbox can be reached by road from Cancun take the road free from Cancun to Merida and in the km 80 (Ignacio Zaragoza) this road to Chiquila which is the starting point  to holbox, is a journey of approximately 3 hours by  car plus the  ferry 20 minutes.
There are also buses from Cancun to Chiquila

From Merida
You can take the toll highway From Merida and Valladolid and  in Valladolid take the road free to Cancun ,  before entering the village Ignacio Zaragoza (Km 80) take the road to Chiquila. It is a journey of approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.

Private Transportation
From Cancun you may hire private transportation from us   to Chiquila, (3 hour tour), including the boat to holbox (20 minutes) and taxi to our hotel in holbox
The total cost of two people is $ 175 dollars and round trip $ 330 dollars. 4 people total travel dollars and simple $ 330 round $ 600 U.S. dollars

For plane offer charter flights in private planes Cesna for 5 people and have the following travel costs :

Cancun Holbox $ 590-$ Cozumel Holbox-$ 575 dollars and Playa del Carmen-Holbox $ 475 dollars, plus 10% tax.

In Cancun round-trip Holbox $ 1180 dollars, Cozumel - Holbox $ 1150 dollars and Playa del Carmen-Holbox $ $ 950 U.S. dollars plus 10% tax
